According to research conducted by the International Data Corporation (IDC), Australians purchased a staggering 4.25 million mobile phones in 2010, 62 per cent (more than 2.6 million) of these were Smartphones.
More people are seeking information from mobile devices than ever before, and the figures will only continue to rise. As a result, it has become imperative that businesses are able to communicate via mobile web. Icon have been busily working away to give the Energy Safe Victoria website a fresh, new look.
Energy Safe Victoria strives to ensure safe and efficient supply and use of electricity and gas, for the benefit of all Victorians; therefore all of their current safety campaigns and television commercials have been moved to a rotating banner on the home page
The Energy Safe Victoria website is content rich, so functionality and ease of navigation were crucial to ensuring a positive user experience.
The vibrant new site launched last week and Energy Safe Victoria couldn’t be happier with the result!
