Icon was engaged by The Gillon Group to develop a brand and marketing strategy for the Sterling Bayside development. Our designers were then tasked with the creation of a simple, standout logo design used as a start point for the overall campaign look-and-feel. Dozens of sketches and rough designs we're created and tested before settling on a final, typographic-based project logo.
A full range of marketing material and supporting copy was produced, including a project brochure and detailed location map.
A series of press ad templates were designed and rolled out as part of the overall marketing strategy.
Icon's designers were also tasked with producing graphics for the project's display suite.
A responsive website was designed for the project using the Laravel and Bootstrap frameworks.
These templates can be quickly re-skinned for future developments – speeding up launch times and reducing digital development costs.
